as they ran past me, all 3 panting away in the same direction, i saw in each of their strides (and shapes), their destinations.

i should go running, too.

6000 stone steps, 50 years.

In the beginning, they had nothing, no electricity or even food. They had to eat grass and roots they found in the mountain, and Liu made a kerosene lamp that they used to lighten up their lives.

Starting the second year of living in the mountain, Liu began, and continue for over 50 years, to hand carve the steps so that his wife could get down the mountain easily.

借着别人的故事感动，别人的感动，落泪。。

So many smells to breathe, so many songs to sing.

The surge of love I felt in the warmth of 2 friends’ hands who shot out simultaneously to catch me when I fell.

It’s moments like these you wish time could slow down so you can drink the thick and warm elixir of life and feel it slide down your throat.
